middle of the night, just because I was on your mind
You act as if you forget the terms
“wine and dine”
No flowers, no perfume, no sweet
little nick names
You have changed!
I am trying to rekindle the fire
but you keep blowing out the flames
Just because we have a family now
does not mean the fun stops
There was a time when we were together
we would pay no attention to the clock
You find it easy to disregard or
talk to me any kind of way
Somebody should have warned me of
the “real you” before our wedding day
